• Clinicians should register for just the workshop here.

• Patients, and advocates can apply to participate at minimal cost here.

Note - Donations:

1. There is an option to donate to the Sextant Foundation during registration. This is entirely voluntary.

 

2. The Zeffy platform does not charge Sextant any processing fees. However, it defaults to a suggested contribution to Zeffy. This is completely voluntary. If you don't want to contribute to Zeffy or would like to donate a different amount select other in the dropdown menu, then type in your desired contribution.
